Seamless experience, excellent facilities friendly staff. Lovely room and luxuriously comfortable bed. Excellent buffet breakfast. Concierge service super aside from Mark was chatting to other people and left us standing loaded with bags for over 5 minutes. Had to speak to receptionist who took the bags from us. Aside from that one time, staff were super friendly and efficient.
