• Voucher is valid from Wed 15 Jan 2025 until Sat 12 Apr 2025, Wed & Sat, 11am or 1pm; subject to availability. 
• Excludes Mon - Tue, Thu - Fri & Sun. 
• Voucher must be booked by Fri 28 Mar 2025 (we don’t want you to miss out!). 
• Email bookings only.  
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 24 hours of your booking. 
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted.
• Suitable for ages all ages. 
• Duration approx. 90 mins. 
• Max of 6 people per tea party. Groups must include an adult but can be mix of adults and children. 
• Option 1: If your group is less than 6 people, you may be with other groups for your experience.
• Vegetarian, gluten / wheat free options are available. Please advise restaurant at time of booking. 
• Wheelchair access available. 
• A small service fee will be applied to your order, you'll see the exact amount at checkout.  
• Advanced booking required or risk forfeiting your voucher.  
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date. 
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment. 
• You can use your paperless voucher from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted. 
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
