Small print

• Voucher is valid from Tue 2 Jan 2024 until Sun 31 Mar 2024, 7 days 10am - 11.45am; subject to availability.
• Audio guided tour takes 45 minutes and may be taken before or after your afternoon tea booking, first entry for tours is at 10am, last is at 3pm.
• Tours may be restricted on some dates; if rooms are unavailable on your required date a voucher for a return visit to take the tour will be arranged.
• Voucher must be booked at least 12 hours in advance by Fri 22 Mar 2024 (we don’t want you to miss out!).
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 24 hours of your booking.
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted.  Max 3 vouchers per table.
• Breakfast tea only with one serving tea or coffee each; menu is subject to change.
• Vegetarian, vegan, dairy and gluten / wheat free options are available. Please advise restaurant at time of booking. Please note that 48 hours advance notice is required for vegan options.
• Option 2: Includes a Mimosa each. Alcohol can be replaced with orange, cranberry juice or non-alcoholic Prosecco.
• Table required back after 1 hour 30 minutes.
• Advance booking required. 
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• You can use your paperless voucher from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
