Perfect city centre location

A lovely, modern hotel. Very clean. Large room. My only complaint would be the poor lighting in the room. The far end of the room had no light and the bedside lamps were not very good for reading.
The reception area is well appointed and welcoming. Check- in was easy but we would have appreciated a little information on how the lifts worked. No sign in the lift we chose but a helpful guest put us right. Had no idea that the lift went to street level but another helpful guest told us about it. It is possible that the receptionist thought we had been there already but she didn't check. She was friendly and efficient.
Breakfast was very good. Plenty of choice and I liked the self -serve drinks as you could have coffee etc when you wanted. Both days a young lady called Cale was working and she was so cheerful and helpful. Our deal came with free coffees and Prosecco so a splendid deal. -
Great central city hotel.

Very good quality hotel. Ideal for bus and train stations, also for the Tivoli theatre across the road. Staff are all very nice and helpful and the breakfast is lovely. Would always choose this hotel when visiting the city. Great fir shopping too! Right in Union Square.
