• Voucher is valid from Fri 1 Sep 2023 until Wed 20 Dec 2023, Mon - Fri; subject to availability.
• From 1 Sep - 29 Oct:  Departures: 10am, 11am, 12pm, 1.15pm, 2.15pm, 3.15pm & 4.15pm.
• From 30 Oct - 20 Dec and Sat/Sun during Nov Departures 10.15am, 11.30am, 12.45pm and 2pm.
• Excludes Saturdays and Sundays in Sep, Oct and Dec.
• Voucher must be booked by Wed 6 Dec 2023 (we don’t want you to miss out!).
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 72 hours of your booking.
• Multiple purchases permitted.
• Suitable for all ages.
• Family ticket is valid for two adults & one child or two adults & two children; aged 5-16. Additional children will be charged at £10.50 per head including lunch; payable directly.
• Under 5's mini deal soup & sandwich and cruise available at supplementary charge of £5pp; please book and pay directly.
• Dogs permitted for a supplementary charge of £2 per dog.
• Cruise duration: approx. 1 hour, or 45min
• Meeting point: Trossachs Pier, Loch Katrine, By Callander, Stirling, FK17 8HZ.
• Includes soup of the day and choice of sandwich; menu is subject to change. Lunch is served after the cruise in the Steamship Café or Katrine Gift Shop Cafe from 11am - 4pm. Vegetarian, gluten / wheat free options are available; please advise at time of booking. Max of 6 people per table. Tables may be required back after 90mins.

• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• You can use your paperless voucher from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
