Small print

• Voucher is valid from Fri 4 Apr until Mon 30 Jun 2025, Thu - Mon, 9:30am-3.30pm; subject to availability.
• Excludes Tue - Wed.
• Voucher must be booked by Mon 16 Jun 2025 (we don’t want you to miss out!).
• Online booking only; only 1 voucher can be redeemed at a time. 
• Once booked, the voucher is non-changeable or refundable.
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted.
• Tickets are for anyone over the age of 2. Under 2's are free of charge but will require a free ticket; please purchase directly.
• A ticket is required for each person taking part in the trail.
• Any additional people or extras can be booked and paid for when booking itison voucher.
• Duration approx 2hrs.
• Trail is all outdoors, please wear suitable clothing and shoes.
• The trail is not recommended for buggies or push-chairs due to steps and steep slopes.
• Well behaved dogs on-lead are welcome on the trail however dogs are not permitted in Luss Faerie Tale Farm.
• No wheelchair access available.
• A small service fee will be applied to your order, you'll see the exact amount at checkout.  
• Advance booking required or risk forfeiting your voucher.
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.  
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.  
• You can use your paperless voucher from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
