Small print

• Voucher is valid from Thur 1 Oct 2020 until Sun 1 Nov 2020, 7 days 10am-4pm; subject to availability.
• Advance booking required. Voucher must be booked by Fri 30 Oct 2020 (we don’t want you to miss out!).
• Online booking only.
• Includes an activity booklet, pencil, certificate, sticker, pot of bio-glitter (usually £3.95), entry to the Faerie Woodland Cafe and hot drink or squash and sweets each.
• Any additional people or items can be booked and paid for when booking itison voucher.
• Once booked, the voucher is non-changeable or refundable.
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted.
• Under 2's are free of charge but will require a ticket; please purchase directly.
• Duration approx. 1 hr.
• Trail is all outdoors, please wear suitable clothing and shoes.
• Meeting point: Loch Lomond Adventures in Luss village car park.
• Not recommended for buggies and pushchairs.
• No wheelchair access available.
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• Vouchers can be presented on mobile device or printed for redemption; please show your voucher on arrival.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
