We had a 2-night stay, DBB, and also booked an Afternoon Tea. We were celebrating a birthday and all staff teams made it very special in the subtle ways they acknowledged it. Service is exceptional, food is delicious, hotel is amazing and staff members in all areas are courteous, friendly and attentive. We have been coming here for many years and it never disappoints. Very much looking forward to my next stay here. Thank you!
