• Voucher is valid from Tue 1 Apr 2025 until Thu 28 Aug 2025, Mon - Thu, 10am-5pm; subject to availability. 
• Bookings also available on 19, 26 Apr, 3, 24, 30, 31 May, 7, 14, 21, 28 Jun, 4, 5, 12, 18, 25, 26 Jul, 1, 2, 15 & 16 Aug 2025.
• Excludes Fri - Sun.
• Voucher must be booked by Fri 15 Aug 2025 (we don’t want you to miss out!). 
• Online bookings only.
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 24 hours of your booking. 
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted.
• Over 16s only. 
• Groups cannot be booked and receive treatment at the same time; max 2 people per session.
• Treatment is not suitable during pregnancy/breastfeeding. 
• Treatment is not suitable for cancer sufferers/those in remission. 
• Please note some treatments may need to be adapted and a doctor’s note will be required for specific conditions. Please discuss any health concerns directly with spa. 
• Treatment duration: approx 120mins including changing/showering (60mins thermal suite plus 30 min rasul OR 15 min facial and 15 min back, neck & shoulder massage)
• Treatments cannot be substituted for other treatments. 
• No wheelchair access available. 
• A small service fee will be applied to your order, you'll see the exact amount at checkout.  
• Advanced booking required or risk forfeiting your voucher.  
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date. 
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment. 
•  You can use your paperless voucher from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted. 
•  Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
