• Voucher is valid from Fri 1 Nov 2024 until Tue 29 Apr 2025; Mon 10am-3pm, Tue 10am-6pm, Thu & Fri 10am-8pm and Sat 10am-4pm; subject to availability. 
• Excludes Wed and Sun & 24 Dec 2024 - 2 Jan 2025.
• Voucher must be booked by Tue 15 Apr 2025 (we don’t want you to miss out!).
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 24 hours of your booking.
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted.
• Over 18s only.
• Groups cannot be booked and receive treatment at the same time. 
• Treatment is suitable during pregnancy/breastfeeding and for cancer sufferers/those in remission. Please note some treatments may need to be adapted and a doctor’s note will be required for specific conditions.
• Please discuss any health concerns directly with salon.
• Duration: approx. 30 mins per session.
• No wheelchair access available.
• A small service fee will be applied to your order, you'll see the exact amount at checkout.  
• Advanced booking required or risk forfeiting your voucher. 
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• You can use your paperless voucher from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
