• Voucher is valid until 31st Mar 2016; subject to availability.
• Reservations must be made by 5th Feb 2016 or you risk forfeiting your voucher.
• PO1 is valid for 3 nights, 7 days a week, dependent on availability. Excluding 12th - 14th Feb 2016.
• PO2 is valid for 4 nights, Mon (check in) - Fri (check out). Excluding 6th - 8th and 12th - 14th Feb 2016. 
• PO3 is valid for 3 nights, Fri (check in) - Mon (check out). Excluding 6th - 8th and 12th - 14th Feb 2016. 
• PO4 is valid for 7 nights, Fri (check in) - Fri (check out). Excluding 6th - 8th and 12th - 14th Feb 2016. 
• Multiple gift voucher purchases permitted.
• Big Wooden House has 2 double rooms, 1 family room, 1 twin room and 2 bathrooms.
• Big Beach House has 2 double bedrooms, 2 twin rooms on the ground floor , 4 double rooms and 1 twin on the first floor.  
• Sorry, multiple vouchers may not be used on multiple nights.
• Stay cannot be extended by a night for a supplementary fee.
• £200 refundable deposit is to be paid when booking Big Wooden House.
• £350 refundable deposit is to be paid when booking Big Beach House.
• The full amount will be refunded to you when you leave, less the cost of any damages or extra cleaning required.
• Gas / electricity / linen / towels – all included.
• No same sex groups such as stag and hen parties without prior consent. 
• Dogs welcome free of charge, max 1. 
• Dogs are not allowed in bedrooms and must be kept off the furniture and have their own bed and blanket. Woopsie bags must be used when taking dogs out. 
• Children stay for free and are included in body allocation.
• Check in 4pm, check out 10am.
• Free onsite parking.
• Advanced booking required. The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• Bookings are non-refundable and non-transferable once confirmed.
• Vouchers must be surrendered for redemption; please print your voucher and bring along with you to avoid disappointment.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
