• Voucher is valid from Fri 1 Apr to Fri 30 Sep 2022;
• Excludes 13, 21 May, 3, 11, 17 Jun, 1, 8-9, 16 Jul 2022 and 3, 10, 24 Sep 2022.
• General
• Bookings are subject to availability.
• Voucher must be booked by Fri 16 Sep 2022 (we don’t want you to miss out!). 
• Online bookings only.
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 24 hours of your booking. 
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted. 
• Multiple vouchers can be used on consecutive nights; subject to availability. 
• Check-in 2pm, check-out 1pm. 
• Double or twin deluxe room available,
• Rooms can be upgraded for a supplementary charge per room per night; payable directly to hotel. 
•  Max of 1 child aged 12 and under permitted. 0 - 2 are free of charge, 2 - 12 require a supplementary charge of £10, including breakfast. Please discuss and pay direct
• Stay can be extended by a night for a supplementary charge; please discuss directly with hotel. if applicable  
• Options 2 and 4 include 2 courses from the fixed seasonal set menu 
• Menu is subject to change.
• Vegetarian, gluten / wheat / dairy free options are available. Please advise hotel when booking. 
• Table required back after 1.5 hours.
• No pets permitted.

• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date. 
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment. 
• You can use your paperless voucher from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
