Starting with unlimited starters from the Chef’s Table you can choose freshly prepared selected hors d'oeuvres including omelettes, waffles, pancakes and eggs, and a selection of hand-cut Serrano ham, pates and terrines – or just try a bit of everything!
You’ll then be served Malmaison’s delicious soup du jour, followed by a brunch classic from a menu featuring eggs benedict, fried chicken waffles with maple syrup and a full Scottish breakfast. Or why not go for a main course instead choosing from a classic Sunday roast to a seared tuna niçoise salad, burger, risotto and more!
And for the grand finale to a great big meal, you’ll be dished up an irresistible Malmaison dessert such as sticky toffee pudding, ice cream sundae or a cheese plate.
