• Voucher is valid from Tue 4 Feb 2025 until Fri 30 May 2025, Tue - Fri 10am - 5pm; subject to availability. 
• Excludes Sat - Mon.
• Voucher must be booked by Fri 16 May 2025 (we don’t want you to miss out!). 
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 24 hours of your booking. 
• Phone bookings only.
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted.
• Over 16s only. 
• Groups cannot be booked and receive treatment at the same time. Max of 1 per group.
• Treatment is not suitable during pregnancy/breastfeeding/cancer sufferers/those in remission; please discuss any health concerns directly with salon / spa. 
• Please note some treatments may need to be adapted and a doctor’s note will be required for specific conditions. 
• Option 1: Includes a deep tissue or sports massage. Duration: approx. 60mins.
• Option 2: Includes a recovery massage session. Duration: approx. 70mins.
• Treatments cannot be substituted for other treatments.
• No wheelchair access available. 
• A small service fee will be applied to your order, you'll see the exact amount at checkout.  
• Advanced booking required or risk forfeiting your voucher.  
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date. 
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment. 
• You can use your paperless voucher from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted. 
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
