• Voucher is valid from Sun 1 Sept 2019 until Sun 22 Dec 2019, 7 days; subject to availability.
• Please note there is limited availability in October.
• A supplementary charge of £30 per room per night is required for Saturday stays; payable directly to hotel.
• Advance booking required. Voucher must be booked by Fri 6 Dec 2019 (we don’t want you to miss out!).
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 48 hours of your booking.
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted.
• Multiple vouchers cannot be used on consecutive nights.
• Check-in 3pm, check-out 11am.
• Classic double or twin room available.
• Rooms can be upgraded to a large double room for a supplementary charge of £10 per room per night; payable directly to hotel.
• Stay can be extended by a night for a supplementary charge; please discuss directly with hotel.
• Option 3: Includes £25pp allocation towards the a la carte menu. Menu can be viewed here and is subject to change. Vegetarian options are available; please advise at time of booking. No gluten / wheat free options.
• Max of 2 children permitted; children are classed as ages 12 and under; rooms must be upgraded to a family room for a supplementary charge of £30 per night; please discuss with and pay directly to hotel.
• Max of 1 dog permitted at a supplementary charge of £15 per night; payable directly to hotel.
• No wheelchair access available.
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• Vouchers can be presented on mobile device or printed for redemption; please show your voucher on arrival.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
