Small print

• Voucher is valid from Sat 1 Jul until Sat 30 Sep 2023, 7 days 12noon - 2.30pm; subject to availability.
• Online bookings only. Voucher must be booked by Fri 22 Sep 2023 (we don’t want you to miss out!).
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 24 hours of your booking.
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted; max 4 per table.
• Afternoon tea only; menu is subject to change. Vegetarian and gluten / wheat free options are available. Please advise restaurant at time of booking.
• Option 2: includes a 125ml glass of Prosecco each.
• Option 3: includes a signature cocktail each.
• Option 4: includes a bottle of Prosecco to share.
• Alcohol can be replaced with a soft drink.
• Tables may be required back within 1hr 30mins.
• Wheelchair access available.
• Children permitted.
• Advance booking required.
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• You can use your paperless voucher from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
