Small print

• Voucher is valid from Mon 15 Nov 2021 until Sun 13 Mar 2022, 7 days; subject to availability and possible changes or restrictions to opening times based on Covid guidelines. 
• Excludes 17 Dec 2021 - 2 Jan 2022 and 18 - 27 Feb 2022.
• Voucher must be booked at least 48hrs in advance and by Mon 14 Feb 2022 (we don’t want you to miss out!). 
• Email bookings only.
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 48 hours of your booking
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted.
• Multiple vouchers can be used on consecutive nights; subject to availability.
• Check-in 3pm, check-out 10pm.
• Pod sleeps a max of 4 comfortably (2 adults and 2 children) when staying in a king-size bed and bunk beds.
• Stay can be extended by a night for a supplementary charge; please discuss directly with hotel.
• Includes a bottle of Prosecco.
• Max of 2 children permitted. Please note the children’s bunk room doesn’t have a door but is situated at the end of the pod and still offers privacy with a peaceful and comfortable space to sleep. Travel cots are not available. If you need to bring your own please note there is no room for cots in the bedroom.
• Max of 2 well-behaved dogs permitted free of charge. 
• No wheelchair access available 
• Advanced booking required or risk forfeiting your voucher.  
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• You can use your paperless voucher from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted. 
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
