• Oct - Dec stay: Voucher is valid from Mon 11 Oct 2021 until Mon 20 Dec 2021, 7 days.
• Voucher must be booked by Wed 1 Dec 2021 (we don’t want you to miss out!).
• Jan - Mar stay: Voucher is valid from Mon 3 Jan 2022 until Tue 31 Mar 2022, 7 days.
• Voucher must be booked by Wed 23 Feb 2022 (we don’t want you to miss out!).
• General: Vouchers are subject to availability and possible changes or restrictions to opening times based on Covid guidelines.
• A supplementary charge of £20 is required for Friday and Saturday stays; payable directly.
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 14 days of your booking.
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted. 1 night stay: max 4 per person. 2 night stay: max 2 per person.
• Multiple vouchers cannot be used on consecutive nights.
• Check-in 3pm, check-out 11am.
• Standard, grand and grand plus rooms available.
• Stay can be extended by a night for a supplementary charge; please discuss directly.
• Includes a continental breakfast.
• Max of 1 child permitted; up to 2 years are free of charge, age 2 – 14 years permitted at a supplementary charge of £15 (including breakfast) per person per night; payable directly.
• No pets permitted.
• Wheelchair access available; please discuss at time of booking.
• Advanced booking required or risk forfeiting your voucher.
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• You can use your paperless voucher from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
