• Voucher is valid for departing flights on Thu 28 Nov 2024 only; subject to availability.
• 5 night hotel stay commences on Thu 28 Nov 2024.
• Voucher must be booked by Thu 31 Oct 2024 (we don’t want you to miss out!)
• Bookings are non-refundable once booked with World Choice Sports.
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted.
• Suitable for all ages; under 16’s must be accompanied by an adult.
• Please note transfers from the airport to your hotel and to the track are not included.
• Flights:
• Depart: Flights depart on Fri 28 Nov 2024 at 7:30am, arriving at 5:20pm.
• Return: Flights depart on Tue 3 Dec 2024 at 8am, arriving at 12:40pm.
• Baggage allowance is 25kg per person. An excess charge may be payable if it is over this allowance.
• You must have a full up-to-date and valid passport and your own worldwide travel insurance to cover you in the event of medical emergencies, flight delays etc.
• You can select seats together if flying with friends; arrange with World Choice Sports.
• Flight times are subject to change.
• Hotel / Grand Prix tickets:
• Includes a 3 day weekend ticket for 30 Nov - 2 Dec 2024. Includes access to venue public areas and race viewing in the GA viewing area & viewing platforms. Ticket can be upgraded for a supplementary cost: T16 grandstand - £350pp, main grandstand - £595pp; please discuss directly.
• Includes a 5 night stay at choice of: Royal Qatar Hotel, The Royal Riviera Hotel or The Avenue; subject to availability.
• Single occupancy rooms available on request for a supplement; please contact World Choice Sports in advance of purchase to obtain correct price.
• Please discuss all medical conditions with World Choice Sports prior to purchase. Health conditions that may require medical clearance are: recent illness, hospitalisation, injury or surgery, existing unstable medical condition, need for additional oxygen or use of medical equipment on board, travelling for medical reasons or treatment.
• Breakfast is not included.
• Under 16s must be accompanied by an adult.
• A small service fee will be applied to your order, you'll see the exact amount at checkout.

• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date. 
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment. 
• You can use your paperless voucher from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
