Maki & Ramen
- Since 2015 Maki and Ramen have been serving up slurp-tastic bowls to hungry customers
- Their secret? Slow cooking their broth for 8 hours and making their own noodles!
- They boast six unique venues across Edinburgh and Glasgow - from cosy Tokyo inspired spaces with only 3 seats to their larger restaurants with traditional tatami tables
- Each venue has a sticky note wall, with hand-written notes from customers
