Small print

• Voucher is valid from Thu 1 Aug 2024 until Fri 15 Nov 2024, Tue - Sun 12.30pm - 8pm; subject to availability. 
• Excludes Mondays.
• Voucher must be booked by Fri 8 Nov 2024 (we don’t want you to miss out!). 
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 24 hours of your booking. 
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted. 
• Max of 1 voucher per booking. 
• Voucher spend is valid on food from the a la carte menu; subject to change. Voucher spend must be used in full; no change will be given.
• Vegetarian, gluten / wheat free options are available. Please advise restaurant at time of booking. 
• Voucher cannot be used in conjunction with any other offers, promotions or set menus.
• Table required back after 90 mins.
• Wheelchair access available.
• Children permitted.
• A small service fee will be applied to your order, you'll see the exact amount at checkout.  
• Advanced booking required or risk forfeiting your voucher. 
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date. 
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment. 
• You can use your paperless voucher from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted. 
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
