Small print

• Voucher is valid from Sat 1 Apr 2023 until Sat 1 Jul 2023, Tue - Wed and Fri 9am - 5.30pm, Thu 9am - 8pm & Sat 9am - 4pm; subject to availability. 
• Excludes Sun - Mon.
• Voucher must be booked by Fri 16 Jun 2023 (we don’t want you to miss out!). 
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 48 hours of your booking. 
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted. 
• Colour options: Over 16s only. An allergy test is required in advance of your appointment; please arrange directly.
• Groups cannot be booked and receive treatment at the same time.
• Treatment is suitable during pregnancy/breastfeeding and for cancer sufferers/those in remission. 
• Please note some treatments may need to be adapted and a doctor’s note will be required for specific conditions.
• Please discuss any health concerns directly with salon.
• Duration: Option 1: approx. 60 mins. Option 2: Approx. 3 hrs. Option 3: Approx. 3 hrs 30 mins.
• Appointments can be made with Jen or Caitlin only
• Treatments cannot be substituted for other treatments.
• Limited wheelchair access available; please note there is no disabled bathroom available.
• Advanced booking required or risk forfeiting your voucher.  
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date. 
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment. 
• You can use your paperless voucher from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted. 
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
