Small print

• Voucher is valid from Wed 22 May 2024 until Fri 31 Jan 2025, Wed - Sun, 12noon - 4pm; subject to availability. 
• Excludes Mon, Tue, 1-31 Dec 2024.
• If you change your mind or can't get the date you want, contact us within 14 days of purchasing your voucher and we'll issue a full refund.
• Voucher must be booked by Fri 24 Jan 2025 (we don’t want you to miss out!). 
• Once confirmed, bookings cannot be cancelled but number of guests may be amended subject to availability, Min 6 / Max 50 people.
• Package includes per person: afternoon tea and choice of tea or coffee; menu subject to change.
• Option 2: Also includes a glass of Prosecco each or a cocktail teapot (one teapot per two people); menu subject to change. Alcohol can be replaced with a soft drink.
• Vegetarian, vegan and gluten / wheat free options are available. 
• No wheelchair access available. 
• Children permitted.
• A small service fee will be applied to your order, you'll see the exact amount at checkout.  
• Advanced booking required or risk forfeiting your voucher. 
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date. 
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment. 
• You can use your paperless voucher from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted. 
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
