- Rooms can be upgraded for a supplementary charge per room per night: King room - £35, Standard family - £40, large family - £50; payable directly to hotel.

- Includes leisure access. Due to COVID restrictions the pool and gym will be open to hotel guests only and as will be running a restricted capacity admission will be by booking only. You can book pre-stay by calling 01796 484900. Book early to avoid disappointment. Opening hours are as follows: spa 10am - 6pm, gym 7am - 9pm, swimming pool 7am - 9pm - last admission 8pm.
- Please note there are behind the scenes refurbishment works taking place at the hotel. This will cause no disruption to guests.
- Max of 2 children permitted. Family room upgrade required £40 for one child and £50 for 2 children; payable direct.
- Max of 2 dogs are permitted at a supplementary charge of £20 per dog per stay; payable directly to hotel. Dog bookings will be in the Annex The Bank House. Pets are not permitted in the main hotel.
