• Voucher is valid from Thu 3 Apr until Sun 6 Jul 2025, Thu - Sun 10am - 4pm; subject to availability. 
• Excludes Mon - Wed.
• Voucher must be booked by Fri 27 Jun 2025 (we don’t want you to miss out!). 
• Email bookings only.
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 48 hours of your booking. 
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted.
• Max 4 vouchers / 8 people per booking.
• Suitable for ages all ages. 
• Duration approx. 1.5-2 hrs.
• Includes afternoon tea from a set menu; menu subject to change.
• Vegetarian & gluten free options available. Please advise restaurant at time of booking.
• Table required back after 2 hours. 
• Wheelchair access available. 
• A small service fee will be applied to your order, you'll see the exact amount at checkout.  
• Advanced booking required or risk forfeiting your voucher.  
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date. 
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment. 
• You can use your paperless voucher from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted. 
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
