• Voucher is valid from Tue 1 Jan 2019 until Fri 1 Mar 2019, 7 days; subject to availability. Please note that Saturdays have limited availability.
• Excludes 6, 7, 8 Jan, 14, 15, 16 Feb 2019.
• A supplementary charge of £20 is required per room for Friday and Saturday stays; payable directly to hotel.
• Advance booking required. Voucher must be booked by Fri 8 Feb 2019 (we don’t want you to miss out!). Please note that card details will be required when booking.
• Booking is non-exchangeable and non-refundable once confirmed with the hotel.
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted; max of 2 per person. Multiple vouchers can be used on consecutive nights; subject to availability.
• Early check-in from 1pm, check-out 11am.
• Double or twin standard room available.
• Rooms can be upgraded to an executive room for a supplementary charge per room per night; please discuss directly with hotel.
• Stay can be extended by a night for a supplementary charge; please discuss directly with hotel.
• Includes afternoon tea served from 11am – 5pm; menu is subject to change.
• Vegetarian, gluten / wheat free options are available; please advise hotel when booking.
• Includes a bottle of Prosecco in room on arrival; cannot be replaced with a soft drink.
• Max of 1 child permitted; ages 12 and under require a supplementary charge of £20 per child. Z bed and cots provided, subject to availability; please discuss with and pay directly to hotel.
• No pets permitted.

• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• Vouchers must be printed for redemption; please print your voucher and bring along with you to avoid disappointment.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
