Voucher is valid from Mon 6 May 2019 until Mon 30 Sept 2019, 7 days, sessions between 10am – 10pm; subject to availability.

Advance booking required. Voucher must be booked by Fri 23 Aug 2019 (we don’t want you to miss out!).

• Please note that calls are charged at 10p per minute operators standard call charges and all telephone bookings carry a standard booking fee of £1.99 which is non-refundable; not charged if bookings are made in person at the ticket desk in Snow Factor.

Min 5 days notice to cancel or alter booking. All transfers incur a £5 admin charge. £1.99 booking fees are non-refundable. No transfer will be given within 5 days of your booking and no refund will be given for any non-attendance.

Multiple voucher purchases permitted.

Option 1: Max of 4 voucher purchases permitted per person. Max of 8 vouchers can be used in 1 session.

Option 2: Max of 2 voucher purchases permitted per person. Max of 2 vouchers can be used in 1 session.

No group bookings over 8.

Duration: approx. 1hr,

Suitable for ages 3+; under 7s must be accompanied by an adult on the slope and they will need their own ticket.

Reasonable level of fitness required; members must be able to walk up and down the slopes.

Not recommended for those who are pregnant or those with heart, back or neck conditions.

Sturdy footwear or wellies and waterproof clothing are recommended.

Clothing and footwear can be hired in advance at time of booking for £4.50pp. If hired on the day clothing will be charged at £6.50pp for juniors, £7.50pp for adults and wellies at £2.50pp.

Gloves are essential. Members should bring their own gloves or gloves can be purchased from Snow Factor, they are not available for hire. 

Members are recommended to bring a towel and a change of clothing.

Helmets & sledges are provided by Snow Factor.

Snow Factor provide lockers (£1 non-returnable) to store your personal items & valuables while you are on the slope. Snow Factor nor its employees or agents are responsible for any loss, theft or damage to valuables or personal property that belongs to any visitor whilst on Snow Factor premises.

Snow Factor accept no responsibility for damage to equipment or clothing whilst undertaking these activities.

The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.

The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.

Vouchers can be presented on mobile device or printed for redemption; please show your voucher on arrival.

Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
