Small print

• Voucher is valid from Mon 1 Jul 2024 until Mon 30 Sep 2024, 7 days, 10am-6pm; subject to availability.
• A supplementary charge of £20pp applies to Fri-Sun bookings; subject to availability and payable directly.
• Voucher must be booked by Mon 16 Sep 2024 (we don’t want you to miss out!).
• Once booked with the spa the voucher is non-changeable or refundable.
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 24 hours of your booking. 
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted.
• Over 16s only.
• Groups can be booked and receive treatment at the same time. Max of 5 per group; subject to availability.
• Please arrive 15 mins prior to appointment time for consultation if you are visiting the spa for the first time.
• Please arrive 10 mins prior to treatment. Latecomers may not be able to get full treatment.
• Health consultation will be completed on arrival; please discuss any health concerns with spa directly.
• Pregnant clients will need to be over 12 weeks and must call in advance to check availability for pregnancy massage.
• Massage treatment is only suitable for cancer/remission patients if they have been in remission for minimum of 5 years.
• Please note some treatments may need to be adapted and a doctor’s note will be required for specific conditions.  Please discuss any health concerns directly with spa.
• Treatment duration: approx. 50mins. Includes a 25min back, neck & shoulder massage and 25min taster facial.
• Treatments cannot be substituted for other treatments.
• Includes full access to the leisure facilities. Towels included. Robes & slippers can be hired for £10pp (non-refundable).
• Includes a 2 course lunch from a set menu; subject to change. Table required back after 1.5hrs. Maximum of 6 people per table.
• Vegetarian, vegan, gluten / wheat free options are available. Please advise at time of booking. Lunch is served between 11.45am and 4.45pm daily.
• Wheelchair access available.  Please note there is no disabled facilities available.
• Advanced booking required or risk forfeiting your voucher.
• A small service fee will be applied to your order, you'll see the exact amount at checkout. 
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• You can use your paperless voucher from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
