• Option 1 voucher is valid from Mon 6 Aug 2018 until Sun 28 Oct 2018, Mon, Tue, Thur & Fri 10am - 7pm and Sat 9am - 1pm; subject to availability. Excludes Wednesdays and Sundays. Please note limited Saturday availability; book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• Option 2 voucher is valid Mon 6 Aug 2018 until Sun 28 Oct 2018, Mon - Fri 10am - 7pm and Sun 10am - 4pm, afternoon tea 2pm - 5pm; subject to availability. Excludes Saturdays.
• Advance booking required. Voucher must be booked by Fri 5 Oct 2018 (we don’t want you to miss out!).
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 24 hours of your booking.
• Multiple purchases permitted.
• Over 16’s only.
• Maximum group of 4 can be booked, however only 2 can receive treatment at the same time. Subject to availability on set days; please discuss directly with spa.
• Treatments are not suitable during the first 12 weeks of pregnancy.
• Treatments are not suitable for cancer sufferers/those in remission.
• Treatment duration: approx. 2 x 25min treatments.
• Option 1 includes access to leisure facilities.
• Option 2 includes afternoon tea; menu is subject to change. Vegetarian options are available, please advise hotel at time of booking. Includes a gin and tonic or a classic Pimms each; alcohol can be substituted for a soft drink.
• No wheelchair access available.
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• Vouchers must be printed for redemption; please print your voucher and bring along with you to avoid disappointment.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
