Option 1 voucher is valid from Thur 3 Jan 2019 until Sat 30 Mar 2019, Mon – Tue 10am – 6pm, Thur 10am – 8pm, Fri – Sat 9am – 6pm; subject to availability.

Option 2 voucher is valid from Thur 3 Jan 2019 until Fri 29 Mar 2019, Mon – Wed 10am – 6pm, Thur 10am – 8pm, Fri 9am – 6pm, Sun 10am – 5pm.

Option 1 voucher excludes Wednesdays and Sundays.

Option 2 voucher excludes Saturdays.

Advance booking required. Voucher must be booked by Thur 14 Mar 2019 (we don’t want you to miss out!).

You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 24 hours of your booking.

Multiple voucher purchases permitted.

Over 16’s only.

Groups can be booked and receive treatment at the same time. Max of 4 per group; subject to availability.

Includes a choice of 2 x treatments from: Oriental Head Massage, Comfort Foot and Leg Massage, Aroma Taster Facial or Murad Sensational Eye Treatment.

Treatment is not suitable during the first 12 weeks of pregnancy.

Treatment is not suitable for cancer sufferers/those in remission.

Please note some treatments may need to be adapted and a doctor’s note will be required for specific conditions.

Please discuss any health concerns directly with spa.

Treatment duration: approx. 25 mins per treatment.

Option 1 includes access to leisure facilities.

Option 2 requires a £10 supplement per person for access to leisure facilities.

Treatments cannot be substituted for other treatments.

Vegetarian, gluten / wheat free options are available. Please advise restaurant at time of booking.

Option 1: includes herbal tea

Alcohol can be replaced with a soft drink or mocktail.

The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.

The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.

Vouchers can be presented on mobile phone or printed for redemption; please show your voucher on arrival to avoid disappointment.

Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
