• Option 1 voucher is valid from Fri 3 Jan 2020 until Tue 31 Mar 2020, Mon – Tue 10am – 6pm, Thur 10am – 8pm, Fri – Sat 9am – 6pm; subject to availability. Excludes Wednesdays and Sundays.
• Option 2 voucher is valid from Fri 3 Jan 2020 until Tue 31 Mar 2020, Mon – Wed 10am – 6pm, Thur 10am – 8pm, Fri 9am – 6pm, Sun 10am – 5pm. Excludes Saturdays.
• Advance booking required. Voucher must be booked by Tue 17 Mar 2020 (we don’t want you to miss out!).
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 24 hours of your booking.
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted.
• Over 16’s only.
• Groups can be booked and receive treatment at the same time. Max of 4 per group; subject to availability.
• Includes a choice of 2 x treatments from: Oriental Head Massage, Comfort Foot and Leg Massage, Aroma Taster Facial or Murad Sensational Eye Treatment.
• Treatment is not suitable during the first 12 weeks of pregnancy.
• Treatment is not suitable for cancer sufferers/those in remission.
• Please note some treatments may need to be adapted and a doctor’s note will be required for specific conditions.
• Please discuss any health concerns directly with spa.
• Treatment duration: approx. 25 mins per treatment.
• Option 1 includes access to leisure facilities.
• Option 2 requires a £10 supplement per person for access to leisure facilities; payable directly to spa.
• Treatments cannot be substituted for other treatments.
• Set menu only, menu is subject to change. Vegetarian, gluten / wheat free options are available. Please advise restaurant at time of booking.
• Option 1: includes herbal tea.
• Option 2: includes 125ml glass of Prosecco each. Alcohol can be replaced with a soft drink or mocktail.
• No wheelchair access available.
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• Vouchers can be presented on mobile phone or printed for redemption; please show your voucher on arrival to avoid disappointment.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
