• Voucher is valid from Fri 27 Jun 2025 until Sun 24 Aug 2025; subject to availability. 
• Schedule to be release on 31 Mar 2025. Bookings cannot be made before this date.
• Voucher must be booked by Fri 8 Aug 2025 (we don’t want you to miss out!). 
• Email bookings only. Please include full contact details, departure point, date and cruise destination.
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 24 hours of your booking. 
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted.
• Please arrive at the ship at least 10 mins prior to departure time. Seating is unreserved.
• Children permitted. 0 - 4 travel free of charge with a paying adult. 5 - 16yrs can be purchased directly from £1 here.
• Alcohol is not permitted onboard.
• Wheelchair access available.
• A small service fee will be applied to your order, you'll see the exact amount at checkout.  
• Advanced booking required or risk forfeiting your voucher.  
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date. 
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment. 
• You can use your paperless voucher from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted. 
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
