Small print

• Voucher is valid from Fri 3 Jan 2025 until Fri 28 Feb 2025, Mon - Fri, 12noon - 9pm; subject to availability. 
• Excludes Sat - Sun, 31 Jan & 14 Feb 2025.
• Voucher must be booked by Fri 21 Feb 2025 (we don’t want you to miss out!). 
• Online bookings only.
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 24 hours of your booking. 
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted. 
• Max of 1 voucher per two people and max of 3 vouchers per table.
• Voucher can be used against the main menu and drinks. Cannot be used against drinks alone. 
• Voucher must be used in full, no change given.
• Vegetarian, vegan & gluten / wheat free options are available. Please advise restaurant at time of booking.
• Table required back after 1.5 hours. 
• Wheelchair access available.
• Children permitted until 9pm.
• A small service fee will be applied to your order, you'll see the exact amount at checkout.  
• Advanced booking required or risk forfeiting your voucher. 
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date. 
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment. 
• You can use your paperless voucher from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted. 
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
