Small print

• Voucher is valid until Mon 31 Mar 2025, Sun - Fri 12noon - 7:30pm, Sat 12noon - 4pm; subject to availability. 
• Please note on Hydro show dates voucher will be valid 12noon - 4pm only.
• Voucher must be booked by Mon 24 Mar 2025 (we don’t want you to miss out!). 
• Online bookings only.  
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 24 hours of your booking. 
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted. 
• Choice of burger from the main menu; subject to change.
• Vegetarian and vegan options are available. Please advise restaurant at time of booking. No gluten / wheat free options available.
• Option 2: Includes a pint of Taphouse lager, Levelhead Session IPA or 125ml glass of house wine each; alcohol can be replaced with a draught soft drink.
• Table required back after 1hr 30mins during peak times.
• Wheelchair access available.
• Children permitted until 8pm.
• A small service fee will be applied to your order, you'll see the exact amount at checkout.  
• Advanced booking required or risk forfeiting your voucher. 
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date. 
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment. 
• You can use your paperless voucher from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted. 
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
