• Voucher is valid from Tue 1 Apr until Mon 30 Jun 2025, 7 days, 11am - 7pm; subject to availability. 
• Voucher must be booked by Mon 16 Jun 2025 (we don’t want you to miss out!). 
• Phone or email bookings only.
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 7 days of your booking. 
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted.
• Over 16 only. 
• Groups cannot be booked and receive treatment at the same time.
• Treatments may be suitable during pregnancy/breastfeeding. Please discuss direct.
• Treatment is not suitable for cancer sufferers/those in remission. 
• Please note some treatments may need to be adapted and a doctor’s note will be required for specific conditions. 
• Please discuss any health concerns directly with salon / spa. 
• Treatment duration: approx. 60 mins.
• Includes choice of 60min treatment.
• Option 2: Includes cream tea; menu subject to change. Vegetarian, gluten / wheat free options are available. Please advise restaurant at time of booking.
• No wheelchair access available. 
• A small service fee will be applied to your order, you'll see the exact amount at checkout. 
• Advanced booking required or risk forfeiting your voucher.  
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date. 
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment. 
• You can use your paperless voucher from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted. 
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
