Small print

• Voucher is valid from Fri 2 May until Sat 26 Jul 2025, Fri 6pm, Sat 1:30pm; subject to availability. 
• Excludes Sun - Thu.
• Voucher must be booked by Fri 11 Jul 2025 (we don’t want you to miss out!). 
• Online bookings only. The booking system only accepts one voucher code per booking, so please create multiple bookings if you have multiple voucher codes. Alternatively, for group bookings email here.
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 48 hours of your booking. 
• If you need to cancel or reschedule, please do so as soon as possible by emailing admin@thecraftpotterystudio.com.
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted.
• Suitable for ages 18+. 
• Duration approx. 2hrs. 
• Max of 16 people in workshop. Please note you will be with other groups.
• Please aim to arrive 10mins early to allow time to settle in.
• Includes one pottery piece each from bowl, mug, vase or candle holder.
• All tools and aprons are provided. 
• Recommended to trim nails before session, tie long hair back and wear clothes you don't mind getting dirty.
• All pieces made are cleaned up by the tutors and fired. Choose from clear glaze (free) or coloured glaze (£7 supp; payable directly) to coat your creations.
• Materials and firing cost included in the price.
• Pieces will be ready for collection 3-4 weeks after session.
• Please note that this session does not include pottery painting. This is a pottery making experience only.
• No wheelchair access available. 
• A small service fee will be applied to your order, you'll see the exact amount at checkout.  
• Advanced booking required or risk forfeiting your voucher.  
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date. 
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment. 
• You can use your paperless voucher from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted. 
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
