Receotion staff excellent. Bar staff friendly. Only downside was length of time waiting for dinner to be served, however food was excellent (except chips which were cold). Breakfast was exceptional. Room very clean and warm. Bed very comfy. Would defo stay again

We have had several short breaks at The Craiglynne Hotel in the past and on this occasion we found the hotel has improved in a number of ways. Staff were very helpful and attentive, our dining experience was very good both at dinner and breakfast where a new breakfast buffet ensured food was hot and there was a good choice. The room we had seemed more modern but friends were in one of the older rooms which could still benefit from modernising. Overall we could see that efforts were being made to improve the customer experience.
