• Voucher is valid until Sun 31 Jul 2022, 7 days; subject to availability.
• Excludes 27 - 29 May, 2 - 5 Jun and 5 - 8 Jul 2022.
• A supplementary charge of £10 is required for Friday and Saturday stays; payable directly to hotel.
• Voucher must be booked by Fri 1 Jul 2022 (we don’t want you to miss out!).
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 72 hours of your booking.
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted.
• Multiple vouchers cannot be used on consecutive nights.
• Check-in 2pm, late check-out 12pm.
• Standard double or twin room available.
• Rooms can be upgraded for a supplementary charge per room per night: premier room £20 and clan room £25; payable directly to hotel.
• Stay can be extended by a night for a supplementary charge; please discuss directly with hotel.
• Includes 3 course dinner each from a set menu; subject to change. Vegetarian options are available. Please advise hotel when booking. No gluten/wheat free options available. Dinner is on one night only.
• Max of 1 child per room permitted; children under 12 require a £10 supplement and children over 12 require a £15 supplement; payable directly to hotel.
• No pets permitted.
• Limited wheelchair access available through the side entrance only. Please note there are a lot of stairs in the hotel that must be used to gain entrance to the public lounge, bar, dining room and entertainment room.
• Advanced booking required or risk forfeiting your voucher.
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• You can use your paperless voucher from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
