• Voucher is valid from Sun 26 May until Sun 22 Sep 2024; subject to availability. 
• 26 May - 30 Jun: Valid Sat-Sun. Excludes Mon - Fri. Sessions at 11am or 2:30pm.
• 23 Jun - 8 Sep: Valid 7 days. Sessions at 11am, 1pm or 3pm.
• Voucher must be booked by Fri 6 Sep 2024 (we don’t want you to miss out!). 
• Online bookings only.
• Once booked with the venue, booking cannot be cancelled but may be rescheduled subject to availability.
• Please arrive 15 minutes before your time slot for safety training and equipment.
• Please bring swimwear and old trainers you don't mind getting wet.
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted.
• Suitable for ages 8+. Under 12s must be accompanied by an adult aged 18+.
• Duration approx. 90 mins.
• Max of 8 people per session. 
• Meeting point: check-in point at grey shed, next to children's playpark.
• No wheelchair access available. 
• A small service fee will be applied to your order, you'll see the exact amount at checkout.  
• Advanced booking required or risk forfeiting your voucher.  
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date. 
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• You can use your paperless voucher from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted. 
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
