• Voucher is valid from Sun 2 Jan 2022 until Sat 30 Apr 2022, 7 days; subject to availability.
• Excludes 12 - 14 Feb 2022.
• A supplementary charge of £20 is required for Friday and Saturday stays; payable directly.
• Voucher must be booked by Mon 28 Mar 2022 (we don't want you to miss out!).
• Once booked with hotel, the voucher is non-changeable or refundable.
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted; multiple vouchers cannot be used on consecutive nights.
• Check-in 3pm, check-out 11am.
• Standard double/twin room available.
• Rooms can be upgraded to a feature room for a supplementary charge of £20 per room per night; payable directly.
• Stay can be extended by a night for a supplementary charge; please discuss directly.
• Includes 2 courses from a set menu; subject to change. A supplementary charge is required per person for the following: pork fillet - £1.50, sirloin steak - £7; payable directly to restaurant. Vegetarian, gluten / wheat free options are available. Please advise hotel when booking.
• Includes a bottle of red, white or rose wine in the room on arrival. Alcohol cannot be replaced with a soft drink.
• Max of 1 child permitted; 0-2 years free of charge cots available on request;; 3 – 15 and require a supplementary charge of £20 per night inc breakfast; payable directly to hotel; please discuss at time of booking.
• Max of 1 dog  permitted at a supplementary charge of £10 per night; payable directly.
• Wheelchair access available.

• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• You can use your paperless voucher from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
