Small print

• Voucher is valid from Thu 31 Oct until Sun 15 Dec 2024, Tue - Fri 10.30am - 3.30pm, Sat - Sun 10.30am - 12noon & 2pm - 3.30pm; subject to availability.
• Excludes Mondays & 2, 30 Nov 2024.
• Voucher must be booked by Fri 6 Dec 2024 (we don’t want you to miss out!).
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 24 hours of your booking. 
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted.
• Max of 3 vouchers per table.
• Main course each from the pieces, French toast, med bites or the kitchen favourites section of the menu; subject to change; subject to change. Excludes the kids section.
• A supplementary charge is required per person for the following: steak ciabatta - £2, short rib - £2; payable directly.
• Vegetarian, vegan, gluten / wheat / dairy free options are available. Please advise restaurant at time of booking.
• Option 2: Includes a choice of hot or soft drink. Excludes Bon Accord drinks, ice cream shakes, smoothies, cocktails, beers and wines.
• Table required back after 2 hours. 
• Wheelchair access available.
• Children permitted.
• A small service fee will be applied to your order, you'll see the exact amount at checkout.  
• Advanced booking required or risk forfeiting your voucher. 
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date. 
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment. 
• You can use your paperless voucher from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
