Small print

• Voucher is valid from Mon 1 Jul 2024 until Sat 30 Nov 2024, Mon - Fri 1pm - 9.30pm, Sat 12.30pm - 4pm, Sun 12.30pm - 9.30pm; subject to availability.
• Excludes 21 Jul & 7 Sep 2024.
• If you change your mind or can't get the date you want, contact us within 14 days of purchasing your voucher and we'll issue a full refund.
• Voucher must be booked by Fri 22 Nov 2024 (we don’t want you to miss out!).
• Online bookings only.
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 24 hours of your booking.
• Once confirmed, bookings cannot be cancelled but number of guests may be amended subject to availability, Min 6 / Max 30 people.
• Package includes per person: 3 courses with choice of starter, main, boiled rice or naan bread, and choice of ice cream.
• Vegetarian, gluten / wheat free options are available. Please advise restaurant at time of booking.
• Table required back after 1hr 30mins.
• A 10% service charge will be applied to the group bill.
• No wheelchair access available.
• Children permitted.
• A small service fee will be applied to your order, you'll see the exact amount at checkout. 
• Advanced booking required or risk forfeiting your voucher.
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• You can use your paperless voucher from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
