Small print

• Voucher is valid from Mon 20 May until Sun 1 Sep 2024, Mon - Fri 10:30am - 8pm, Sat - Sun 2pm - 6pm; subject to availability. 
• 1 session: Voucher must be booked by Fri 16 Aug 2024.
• 3 sessions: First session must be booked by Wed 31 Jul 2024; final session must be booked by Fri 16 Aug 2024.
• Phone or Whatsapp bookings only.
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 48 hours of your booking. If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, your booking may be cancelled.
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted.
• Over 18s only. 
• Groups cannot be booked and receive treatment at the same time.
• Treatment is suitable/not suitable during pregnancy/breastfeeding or for cancer sufferers/those in remission, dermatitis, diabetes, autoimmune diseases, aspirin allergies or anyone taking roaccutane or retinoids.
• Please note treatment may need to be adapted and a doctor’s note will be required for specific conditions. 
• Please discuss any health concerns directly with salon / spa. 
• Treatment duration: approx. 45min - 1hr per session.
• Treatments cannot be substituted for other treatments. 
• Wheelchair access available. 
• A small service fee will be applied to your order, you'll see the exact amount at checkout.  
• Advanced booking required or risk forfeiting your voucher.  
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date. 
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment. 
• You can use your paperless voucher from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted. 
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
