• Voucher is valid from Tue 3 Jan 2023 until Fri 31 Mar 2023; Mon - Fri 8am - 8pm & Sat - Sun 9am - 3pm subject to availability and may vary week to week; online booking calendar is kept up to date with live availability.
• Voucher must be booked by Fri 17 Mar 2023 (we don’t want you to miss out!). 
• Online bookings only.
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 48 hours of your booking. 
• Multiple voucher purchases not permitted. 
• Over 16s only. 
• Groups cannot be booked and receive treatment at the same time.
• Treatment may not be suitable during pregnancy; please discuss directly.
• Treatment is suitable for cancer sufferers/those in remission. 
• Please note some treatments may need to be adapted and a doctor’s note will be required for specific conditions. 
• Please discuss any health concerns directly.
• Treatment duration: approx. 45 mins.
• Treatments cannot be substituted for other treatments. 
• No wheelchair access available. 
• Advanced booking required or risk forfeiting your voucher.  
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date. 
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment. 
• You can use your paperless voucher from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted. 
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
