• Voucher is valid until Wed 6 Dec 2017.
• Glas: Tue - Fri 3pm - 10.30pm, Sat & Sun 11.30am - 10.30pm; subject to availability.  Excludes Monday.
• Ayr:  Wed - Thur 3.30pm - 8.45pm, Fri 12.30pm - 8.45pm, Sat & Sun 10.15am - 8.45pm; subject to availability.  Excludes Monday & Tuesday.
• Please note a supplementary charge of £10 is required per group on Saturday and Sunday; payable directly to The Room.
• Advance booking required. Voucher must be booked by Wed 22 Nov 2017 (we don’t want you to miss out!)
• Once booking is made with The Room, vouchers are non-refundable and cancellations will result in forfeiting your voucher.
• Gla: Valid for Spy room, Identity room or Mystery room.  Spy room is suitable for ages 9+ and Identity room & Mystery room are suitable for ages 12+; one adult aged 16+ is required per group.
• Ayr: Valid for Dark room or Burns room.  Both rooms are suitable for ages 10+; one adult aged 16+ is required per group.
• Duration approx. 1hr.
• Multiple purchases permitted.
• Additional players can be booked directly with The Room.
• Not wheelchair accessible.
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.  
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• Vouchers must be printed for redemption; please print your voucher and bring along with you to avoid disappointment.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
