Small print

• Option 1 (Nov – Dec) voucher is valid until Mon 31 Dec 2018, 7 days, 9am – 7pm; subject to availability. Excludes 25 Dec 2018. A supplementary charge of £25 per person is required for Fridays – Sundays and 24, 26 – 28, 31 Dec 2018; payable directly to hotel.
• Option 2 and 3 (Jan – Mar) voucher is valid from Tue 1 Jan 2019 until Thur 28 Mar 2019, 7 days; subject to availability. A supplementary charge of £20 per person is required for Fridays - Sundays and 1 Jan 2019.
• Advance booking required. Option 1 voucher must be booked by Mon 3 Dec 2018 and option 2 and 3 by Mon 4 Mar 2019 (we don’t want you to miss out!)
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 24 hours of your booking.
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted; option 3 max of 2 vouchers per person.
• Over 18s only.
• Please note: a valid credit card and itison voucher code will be required when booking.
• Groups can be booked and receive treatment at the same time. Maximum of 4 per group; subject to availability.
• Some treatments may not be suitable during pregnancy/breastfeeding and may not be suitable for cancer sufferers/those in remission; please discuss directly with spa.
• Treatment duration: approx. 1 x 55 mins.
• Please note treatments must be taken at the same time and not split throughout the day.
• Includes full use of leisure facilities: swimming pool, relaxation areas, saunas, steam rooms and techno gym.
• 2 course lunch can be added for a supplementary charge of £20 per person; please advise at the time of booking. Payable directly to the venue.
• No wheelchair access available.
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment. 
• Vouchers must be printed for redemption; please print your voucher and bring along with you to avoid disappointment. 
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
