- Relaxed sessions will run on Sat 30 November at 10am, Wed 4 December at 10am and Sun 8 December 1pm with reduced capacity and volume so that everyone can enjoy meeting Santa

- Duration: approx. 20mins. Please arrive at the ballroom 15mins before your time slot to receive your entry wristband. Please note latecomers may not get the full session.

- Max two accompanying adults permitted per ticket.

It was actually quite funny but far from the advertisement.

The photo you see of the nice train in the snowy woodland, well imagine the complete opposite of that. The train drives round the hotel then takes you into a tent with a small patch of lit up Xmas decorations (reindeers ect) and there's a big screen that plays a short Xmas film. You drive out the tent and your back at the start and get off. There's no glittering wonderland or interactive journey.
