- Fast track access is through the members gate (located at the top of the Zoo car park) from 6pm – 7pm only. After that, you can still enter through the main entrance with your itison voucher
- This is an outdoor event and the Zoo is on a steep hill, so please dress appropriately. The event will still go ahead in wet weather
- Disabled access; wheelchairs can access through members gate and there is wheelchair access throughout the park. A mobility vehicle will be in operation
- No external food or drink allowed in the park (bag searches will be in operation). Food and drink will be available to purchase on the night. There are no cash machines on site
- The pandas will not be on show during the events as it is a crucial time in the breeding season. Some animal enclosures will close from 9pm. You will receive an event map on arrival with all details listed
- Edinburgh Zoo reserves the right to refuse entry to intoxicated guests
- The zoo will close at 10pm, with drinks served until 9.30pm We ask all visitors to please leave the zoo quietly by 10pm
- Have fun, but please be sensible and respect the animals
