• Voucher is valid from Wed 1 Dec 2021 until Thu 23 Dec 2021, Mon-Sat 12noon-5pm & Sun 12noon-4pm; subject to availability and possible changes or restrictions to opening times based on Covid guidelines.
• Voucher must be booked at least 24hrs in advance and by Thu 16 Dec 2021 (we don’t want you to miss out!).
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 24 hours of your booking.
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted.
• Afternoon tea only, menu is subject to change.
• No vegetarian, gluten / wheat free options available.
• Includes orange juice, coffee or tea.
• Wheelchair access available.
• Children permitted.
• Advanced booking required or risk forfeiting your voucher.
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• You can use your paperless voucher from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
