• Sun - Thu stays: Voucher is valid from Tue 1 Nov 2022 until Thu 30 Mar 2023, Sun - Thu. Excludes Sat - Sun stays.
• Fri - Sat stay: Voucher is valid from Fri 4 Nov 2022 until Fri 31 Mar 2023, Fri - Sat. Excludes Sun - Thu.
• All stays exclude 2-3, 9-10, 16-17, 23-31 Dec 2022, 1 Jan and 24-26 Feb 2023.
• Voucher must be booked by Tue 28 Feb 2023 (we don’t want you to miss out!). 
• Once booked with hotel, the voucher is non-changeable or refundable. 
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted. Max 5 per person. Multiple vouchers can be used on consecutive nights; subject to availability.
• Check-in 3.30pm, check-out 11am.
• Double/twin standard or valley view room available.
• Stay can be extended by a night for a supplementary charge; please discuss directly with hotel.
• Includes 3 courses each from the TDH menu; subject to change. Vegetarian and gluten/wheat free options are available. Max of 5 vouchers per table.
• Includes a bottle of Prosecco in the room on arrival. Alcohol cannot be replaced with a soft drink.
• No children permitted.
• No pets permitted.
• Wheelchair access available.
• Advanced booking required or risk forfeiting your voucher.
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• You can use your paperless voucher from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
